The issue has been resolved in the latest firmware 3.1.13

Monitoring

With the latest Firmware 3.1.13 release, we are monitoring an issue that some Veo Cam 3s will not automatically reboot. Cameras will continue to flash until they are manually restarted. Please leave them to update for 1 hour, then hold the power button to restart and they will complete the update to 3.1.13, fixing the issue going forward.
