Connection issues on iOS & iPadOS 26
We’re aware of a few issues affecting devices running iOS and iPadOS 26. Our team is actively working on a fix.

Can't Connect to the Cameras
- You may need to try connecting several times before the controller successfully links to the cameras.
- Restarting the app on all three devices (controller + both cameras) can sometimes help connecting.

Can't Reconnect After Closing App While Recording
- After a successful connection, the controller may struggle to reconnect if the app is closed.
- If recording has already started and both cameras show the recording indicator, they’re still recording, even if the controller can't reconnect.
- You can safely stop the recording directly from the cameras.
